hi there... it's Thursday and i'm going to story you about my activities in kitchen laboratory, today it's a busy day, because there's so much to do. we're making pia and continue making the sweet bread for English camp. firstly i'm making the cheese filling for pia. and there are some of my friends that making sourdough bread, and tape. today, me and my group mate, focus on making pia because we didn't made it Yesterday. for the first making pia, we did the wrong recipe, but after it we making the right one. there are some of my friends making the sweet bread from morning to evening. yes, we made it until evening, because we have to made the sweet bread 600++ pcs. and the pia is take a really long time too, because we making it for all people around the campus, Mr. Ichal said he want to share it to all people in the campus. it's kinda hard to making pia, because the skin have to be really thin and crunchy. it's have to be layered too. ...

hi there... it's Wednesday and it's still practical week, and guess what, it's a really really the most tireding day ever, so now i'm going to sharing and story you guys what's happening in the kitchen laboratory. so today, as the schedule we're making the Indonesian traditional cake, such as Pia, and Bolu kukus. and today some of my friends are gave job to cook the Ketupat that we have made yesterday, and there are students that cooking for the side meal, it's really really a busy day in kitchen, everyone has their own job, there's no student that doing nothing because everyone is busy. and it's really crowded in the kitchen of course. in the first me and my group mate, making the bolu kukus, so bolu kukus is on of traditional cake from Indonesia, it have smooth texture and sweet flavor, it's similar with muffin but bolu kukus more smoother. and after making bolu kukus some of my friends making pia, pia is also a traditional cake, but it ma...

hi there.. it's daily reports again and i'm going to share my stories and activities in kitchen laboratory, and you guys should know, today is little bit different than yesterday. it's more struggle and more dizzy, but of course more fun hehehe. so today as the schedule, we're making the Ketupat, Ketupat is kind of traditional food that really popular in Indonesian muslims, made from steamed rice but the rice is steamed inside the Ketupat house that made from webbing pandan leaves. the Ketupat house t's what we have to make today, it's really difficult for making the webbing, we have to really be careful, and use logic. and Mr. Ichal said that we have to make 9 of it. with varying sizes, small, medium and large. it's really take a long time for me to learn how to make the Ketupat house, and i almost desperate to my self, but my friends success made it only with watching video on youtube. so it motivated me, and i'm try to make it again, after my fri...

hi there... it's practical week again and it's time to sharing activities and stories as usual, what we're doing in our beloved kitchen laboratory and what's happen in there. so today, we already scheduled by Mr. Ichal since last week, that we're going to make fermented yeast product. and for some friends who already done their sourdough starter they can make sourdough french bread and sourdough toast bread, but some friends who their sourdough starter didn't yet, can make tape from glutinous rice. and because my groups already done the sourdough starter so we make it all, hope this all have good result. first we making the tape from fermented red and white glutinous rice by yeast, the process of making tape it's quite difficult because it has a lot of myth if Indonesian making it, and it have to be really clean it also took a long time and it fermented for 3 days. during we making the tape, we also making the sourdough french bread, but we just mix i...

hi there.. it's already Thursday again, it's mean this is the last day on practical week. huft, a little bit exhausted as usual hehe, and welcome weekend yeyy. so today, I just wake up early in the morning because we have 1000 pax more snack box to fill, and it will picked up at 9 so we have to move fast. hi there... i'm going to sharing my stories on practical day today , and i have a little different story today because we're not doing practice thing, because we got some snack box order for tomorrow. and it's not little size because it's 1300 pax of snack box. so today, my friends and i, prepared the content of snack box, such as chocolate pudding and roti isi, so because we got some help from the 1st semester and the B class of 5th semester we divide thejob. the 1st semester doing folding box, and the B class doing finishing of the roti isi from the afternoon to evening. firstly i'm helping my friends for making the filling of roti isi, it's sreeded carrots, sreeded potatoes, and glass noodle. after that the boys finish it, saute in a big Chinese wok. hen i'm helping making the chocolate pudding, Dewi measure the ingredients, Sendy cook the pudding, Tasya making the fla, me and the other friends pour the cooked pudding into cup, and give it the fla. ...
