Daily Report epsd August 10th 2017

okay, now i'm going to share what i have done in the kitchen today.

this morning i was in charge of the 3rd semester with my friends wich are Aya, Cilo, Raiz, and Jesica. before start the practice we had a briefing to explain the menu today and how to make it. so the menu today are:

shrimp and macaroni salad

southwestern sweet potato salad

chicken rice soup (canja)

beef noodle casserole

wedges potato

braised white and red cabbage

italian grilled eggplant

breaded fish with salmoriglio sauce

blackout cake

and i was assigned to supervise and helping in appetizer section. we made two salad which are shrimp and macaroni salad and southwestern sweet potato salad. these are the ingredients for making the salad:

after finished the salad i'm helping my friend in pastry section to rolling puff pastry.

oh well, during i'm in charge of the 3rd semester my other friends are finishing the puff pastry that we made on monday for shell the afternoon.

after all the dish is ready we did general cleaning and before gone home we watch incess, fiqi, and intan presentation their ingredients.
