Hi there...
Today i will share about my activities in the kitchen laboratory.
And this moring, all the 5th semester assigned to make french bread and toast bread for making our knowledge about basic it's more stronger.
We are sperate to may grups and each grups have two people, and i'm with chan.
Firts me and chan measure the ingridients of frech bread, and start to making french bread.

1. Mix all the ingridients
2. Mix it with tour hands until the dough it's mixed well and have a good texture
3. Proving the dough until 2 times larger than the dough before
4. Makes the air inside the dough out by knocking back/punching the dough
5. Shape the frech bread with tube shape, and lenght +- 40cm
6. Proofing again and slice a little bit of top the dough and proofing again 30minutes
7. Bake the bread with 300'c and 45minutes
After making french bread, we making toast bread, and this is the ingridients of toast bread.

This is the step how to make the toast bread:
1. Mix all ingridients
2. Mix it with your hand until mixed well and have good texture (kalis)
3. Proofing for 30minutes
4. Roll it and put it in the toast mould, presd the dough untill the air on it it's out, open a little bit of the mould top
5. Prooring again untill the size of the dough it's one finger from the mould top.
6. Bake the toast at 300'c and 1hour
