today our last day on practical week, and I have something to share about my activity in the kitchen laboratory,
and here it is...
today we're not practic as usual, but we have made some product to sell from French Bread and Toast Bread that we have made yesterday. so our product today are Scrambled Egg Sandwich and Choco Banana Roll.
before I want to help my friends making the product, I was given a job from Mam Lily to making Perkedel for her Soto Banjar. I will explain to you what is Perkedel and Soto Banjar first...
Perkedel is a traditional dish from my country that made from mashed potato, grind meat and chopped parsley, then deep fried it taste savory, it's similiar like Crab Cake.

and Soto Banjar is a tradisional dish it's basicly soup with chicken stock and contains noodle glass, bean sprouts, sredded chicken, boiled egg, it using a lot of spices too such as turmeric, clove, nutmeg, cinnamon, garlic, and shallot. served with crackers, fried shallot, perkedel, sambal and lime. it's similiar like chicken soup but with yellow sauce.

so that's a little explaining about Perkedel and Soto Banjar.
this is how I made the Perkedel, first I fry the sliced potato and mash it, I mix it with grind meat that I have sauted yesterday, and chopped parsley. then I shape it round coat it with flour and egg wash, the last I fry it, violaaa done!!
after I finished making Perkerdel then I help my friend making the Scrambled Egg Sandwich, we made the Sandwich using toast bread, scrambled egg with diced ham, coleslaw, bechamel sauce, letucce, onion and sliced tomato. while I helping making the Sandwich, my other friend making Choco Banana Roll, with toast bread, chocolate sauce, and banana then fry it.
when all the product it's done, part of our friend went around the campus and sell it to another students, people, even lecturer.
