Hi there...
Now i'm back again on practical week and as usual *hope you don't mind or
get bored* I'm going to share my activities in kitchen laboratory and what are
happens there.
Today, we making pie dough and sugar dough, cilo and I are one group and we
divide the job so cilo making pie dough and I'm making sugar dough. First cilo,
I and all my friend are confused wich one recipe that we going to make but
finally by mutual desicion we used recipe from campus.
So after finished little brefing, cilo and I started to measure the
ingridients and mix it all. We have a little tips for making pie or sugar dough
from video on youtube that's don't use hand while making it, but use fork to
help you rubbing the dough, or you can use hand gloves, or mixing
dough too.
So we used fork to help rubbing the dough, after the dough mix well enough,
We unite the dough and cover it with plastic roll and then rest it in chiller
for an hour, because the dough can't be process if it warm it will be totally
fail.
After rest an hour, we started to roll the dough with thin enough *as mr.
Ichal request* and put it on pie ring/pie mould/pyrex etc. And don't forget to
use pie weight so the pie won't be swell. We have another tips for making the
pie or sugar dough is more crunchy or crust, after shaping/moulding the pie
dough before it bake, rest it again in chiller for at least 20 minutes, and
bake it.
Cilo and I are baking the pie and sugar dough for an hour with 180'c after
we show it to mr. Ichal and he said it was verry nice, so cilo and I are really
happy because we are the only groups that made it once and instanly sucseed.
