Daily Report epsd October 23rd 2017
hi there...
here I am come back again in practical week, to sharing about my activities and stories today at kitchen laboratory.
and today it's my incharge schedule on 3rd semester with Putri wali and Dewi, but because some reasons only a few students of the 3rd semester that can enter to kitchen laboratory. and Mr. Ichal told us that today we only doing the preparation for open restaurant tomorrow, so firstly before starting our preparation we held a briefing to explain the menu and divide the student into some groups. and this is the picture of our menu today.
and because it's only three of us that incharge, we divide our self to guide as much as we can. so i'm in pastry section guide and helping the 3rd semester on making the creme brulee, orange truffles, and honey ice cream. all of the menu it's able to keep overnight so we done it until ready to serve.
during helping the pastry section i also helping and guiding the other section as my friends did. there are some menu that can't keep overnight so we just done all the menu that can keep overnight. during Putri wali, Dewi and me incharge on 3rd semester my, friends making the croissant and danish pastry. i also learn it from my friend so i can make my own croissant and danish pastry with more better tomorrow *cross finger*
beside it today my friend Ahmad and Aldi are given duty to cook the lunch for us, and they are cooking Indonesian dish such as Tong Seng Sapi, Cah Kangkung, and Terong Balado. and you know what the taste it's really good.
and the result of my friends croissant and danish pastry are good most of all. i also hope that the 3rd semester has good taste of their dishes tomorrow, and i can make croissant and danish pastry better too.
