Daily Report epsd October 9th 2017

hi there...
today it's my first blog on practical week after mid test, and i'm starting to sharing about my activities in kitchen laboratory again, yeeyyy I hope you guys as excited as I am. and wish my blog is more helpful for everyone, more better than before and more readers hehe.

so today, my class are active in kitchen again after a few weeks off because mid test and day off. and today in the kitchen we made "Sourdough" for you guys who don't know what sourdough is,so sourdough is starter of bread that made of fermented flour and water for 7 days, so it's function is like yeast and it contains lactobacillus.

and today we are separate as groups and my group is with Dewi and Jessica, and we going to start making Sour dough, so this is how to make it:

and today we are making the Sourdough from 100gr of flour and 100ml of water, so we using 1:1 recipes. and this observation of making Sourdough we put in a report and put in our blog later, so I will share to you guys how's the developments of Sourdough.

actually it's the first time of Jessica, Dewi and me making Sourdough, it's quite simple and easy for the first, but I hope the result will be good.






at the end, we wrapped the top of the jar so there's no air circulation, and we cover the jar with black cloth for making the Sourdough working more better.
