Daily Report epsd November 6th 2017

hi there...
it's practical week again and it's time to sharing activities and stories as usual, what we're doing in our beloved kitchen laboratory and what's happen in there.

so today, we already scheduled by Mr. Ichal since last week, that we're going to make fermented yeast product. and for some friends who already done their sourdough starter they can make sourdough french bread and sourdough toast bread, but some friends who their sourdough starter didn't yet, can make tape from glutinous rice.

and because my groups already done the sourdough starter so we make it all, hope this all have good result. first we making the tape from fermented red and white glutinous rice by yeast, the process of making tape it's quite difficult because it has a lot of myth if Indonesian making it, and it have to be really clean it also took a long time and it fermented for 3 days.

during we making the tape, we also making the sourdough french bread, but we just mix it with the other ingredients because it have to be rest one night in chiller, so we will be bake it tomorrow. after we rest it. my friends and i decided to try making the pia, and searching for the good recipe. even actually the schedule for making traditional Indonesian cake is on Wednesday, we just try to make it for practice, so it won't be failed on Wednesday.
