Daily Report epsd November 8th 2017
hi there...
it's Wednesday and it's still practical week, and guess what, it's a really really the most tireding day ever, so now i'm going to sharing and story you guys what's happening in the kitchen laboratory.
so today, as the schedule we're making the Indonesian traditional cake, such as Pia, and Bolu kukus. and today some of my friends are gave job to cook the Ketupat that we have made yesterday, and there are students that cooking for the side meal, it's really really a busy day in kitchen, everyone has their own job, there's no student that doing nothing because everyone is busy. and it's really crowded in the kitchen of course.
in the first me and my group mate, making the bolu kukus, so bolu kukus is on of traditional cake from Indonesia, it have smooth texture and sweet flavor, it's similar with muffin but bolu kukus more smoother. and after making bolu kukus some of my friends making pia, pia is also a traditional cake, but it made from flour and oil, the texture is crunchy and layered, and it has filling from green beans and sugar. it similar with moon cake but pia is more crunchy. my group didn't make it yet because we're making the sourdough baguette, so we will making ours tomorrow.
the sourdough bread is taking really long time, mostly for the proofing. so it's making me, Tasya and Dewi stay in the kitchen until evening, the baguette shape result it's not really good but after we show it to Mr. Ichal he said, it pretty good, hehehe.
ohh i forgot to tell you guys, there are some of my friends also that cooking meal for our lunch, and some again making sweet bread for English camp event. it's pretty busy right(?) so i will show you guys more picture than usual of our activities today, check it out...
