Daily Report epsd September 6th 2017

Hi there...

Well if you guys clicking the daily reports tab so it mean you guys will read and know my activities in the kitchen laboratory.. and this is one of them.

This morning because Mr. Ichal said that we must use all the toast bread, french bread, puff pastry, pie and sugar dough to get money so we can save it. So it's been two days that we're making product to sell.

After Mr. Ichal told us so, and we decided to make french bread sandwich, pizza bread, fruits pie, and crispy chicken wings. we immediately made groups and we're divide the job, Tasya, Cilo, and I making french bread sandwich but we're helped by other friends, first we prepare the ingredients, making the thousand island sauce and make the sandwich.

The french bread sandwich contains, ham, cheddar cheese, tomato, lettuce, and boiled egg, it grilled a little bit and service with sauce. While Cilo, Tasya and I making the sandwich, other friends making the other product. 

After finish my job, i'm helped my friends. I helped Shendy with her fruits pie, helped Ulhy with her puff pastry and helped Dewi with her crispy chicken wings.

When all the products are done, we told other friends that choose to be a seller today. So they went selling, there are may variants of product that we were making today so the costumer can choose what they like to buy. But because there are some product that finished a little bit late, so it not too salable. Some friends that selling it are complain, but we are not giving up, we gived the costumer discount so all the product are sold out.
